As a Membership Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping more people access health, fitness and wellbeing opportunities. By building relationships, promoting services and creating positive experiences for every visitor, you'll support membership growth while making a positive impact on communities and helping people lead healthier, more active lives. Your work has purpose and contributes directly to a better future for the communities we serve. What you’ll do as a Membership Sales Advisor Generate new sales leads through outreach to local businesses, groups and communities. Promote and sell memberships, health and fitness services, and swimming lessons. Deliver engaging tours of the facility to prospective members. Manage incoming and outgoing sales calls and enquiries. Create and support marketing activity, including social media content. Track and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets. Support the delivery of campaigns and promotions across the centre. Does this sound like you? Proven telesales experience with confidence in achieving targets. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable style. A proactive mindset with the drive to generate leads and opportunities.
