Answer once.
Apply anywhere.
Every UK graduate application asks the same things. Answer them once here, and they arrive filled in on every job you apply to after that.
Around twenty questions, saved as you go. Do it once, reuse it on every application.
How it works
- 01
Answer once
Around twenty questions: your education, right to work, notice period, and the standard answers every graduate application asks for. Stop and come back whenever — each answer saves as you go.
- 02
Pick a role
Search and filter the feed exactly as you would anywhere else on Gradovio. A UK graduate application asks the same things whoever posted it, so every role in the feed can be prepared from your answers.

Review, then send it yourself
Your answers arrive filled in, grouped the way applications ask for them. Change anything that needs changing for this employer, then go to their form and submit it in your own name.
What it does
- Fills in the details every application repeats — name, education, right to work, notice period — from answers you gave once.
- Keeps a separate copy for each job, so editing one application never rewrites your master answers.
- Remembers which roles you have prepared and which you have sent, so you are not guessing.
What it doesn't do
- Submit anything on your behalf. Every application is sent by you, on the employer's own site.
- Type into the employer's form for you. You review your answers here and take them across.
- Hold diversity monitoring data. We never ask for ethnicity, disability, religion or sexual orientation — you answer those on the employer's form, where they are voluntary.
