It gets quicker every time
Answer a new question once and it is saved. When the next form asks the same thing, even worded differently, the answer is already there.
What it does
- Fills in the details every application repeats — name, education, right to work, notice period — from answers you gave once.
- Keeps a separate copy for each job, so editing one application never rewrites your master answers.
- Remembers which roles you have prepared and which you have sent, so you are not guessing.
What it doesn't do
- Submit anything on your behalf. Every application is sent by you, on the employer's own site.
- Hold diversity monitoring data. We never ask for ethnicity, disability, religion or sexual orientation — you answer those on the employer's form, where they are voluntary.
