Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Gradovio (gradovio.com). By creating an account or using the site, you're agreeing to them. We've tried to keep them in plain English.

What Gradovio is

Gradovio is a job search tool for UK graduates. It aggregates job listings from Adzuna and Reed, and uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude models) to score how well you match a role and to generate cover letters, application game plans, and interview prep based on your CV.

Paid plans and billing

Gradovio has a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium is available either as a recurring monthly subscription or as a one-off "Season Pass" giving 3 months of access. Prices are shown in GBP on our pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable tax.

• Monthly subscriptionrenews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your Profile page (via the "Manage billing" link) - your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
• Season Pass is a single one-off payment for 3 months of access. It does not auto-renew - access simply ends after 3 months unless you separately choose to buy again or subscribe.
• Refunds:we don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for an already-purchased Season Pass, since you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at gradovioapplications@gmail.com and we'll take a look.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves. Deleting your Gradovio account also cancels any active subscription.
• 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) right: under UK consumer regulations, you normally have 14 days after buying a digital service to cancel for a full refund. Because Premium gives you instant access to paid features (unlimited AI generations, match scores, and paste-any-job) as soon as you pay, we ask you to expressly confirm at checkout that you want access to start immediately and that you understand this waives your 14-day cancellation right for that purchase, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This doesn't affect your right to cancel a monthly subscription going forward to stop future charges (see above) - it only means the specific payment you've just made isn't refundable once you've confirmed immediate access.

Job listings aren't ours

Job listings come from third-party providers (Adzuna and Reed). We don't control their accuracy, availability, or whether a role is still open - always check the original posting before applying. Gradovio isn't responsible for the content of external job listings or the hiring decisions of employers.

AI-generated content can be wrong

Match scores, cover letters, game plans, and interview prep are generated by AI based on your CV and the job description. AI can make mistakes, miss context, or generate content that doesn't fully reflect your experience. Always review AI-generated content yourself before relying on it or sending it to an employer. A high or low match score is a guide, not a guarantee of your chances.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to use Gradovio.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• One account per person. Please give accurate information - the quality of match scores and generated content depends on it.
• Don't use Gradovio to upload content that isn't yours, or to misuse the AI features (for example, generating content unrelated to your own job search).

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

Ownership

You own your CV and the content you upload. We own the Gradovio name, design, and underlying code. Anything we generate for you (cover letters, game plans, etc.) is yours to use for your own job search.

No warranty

Gradovio is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running accurately, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in a job offer. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on AI-generated content or third-party job listings.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself as Gradovio develops. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
