Job description

We are recruiting a qualified and experienced XDC LGV Driver to join our growing transport team at our Raunds site, Northamptonshire. As a XDC LGV Driver, you’ll need solid experience working in a busy transport operation and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Location | Raunds Contract Type | Full-Time - Permanent Shift | Monday - Friday (days) | 53.5 hours per week (additional weekend work will be required during peak periods) Salary | £47,601.32 per annum What you will be doing as a XDC LGV Driver: Ensuring safe and timely deliveries across our depot network Contributing to key operational and performance targets Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach Completing site inductions and any required training to support business needs Utilising strong geographical knowledge to plan and complete journeys Following company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices (SOPs) Demonstrating flexibility in your approach to work and collaborating effectively as part of a wider team What do you need to qualify for the XDC LGV Driver: Excellent knowledge of driver regulations/WTD Full HGV driver's licence (C / C+E) Hold a valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card What can we offer you as a XDC LGV Driver: Competitive salary Pension plan with a maximum company contribution of 12% 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an opportunity to purchase additional days Staff discount Friendly and supportive environment offering exceptional reward and recognition How to Apply: We’re building a future where world-class service, innovation, and sustainability are embedded within our DNA.
