Responsibilities Role and responsibility: Working alongside hauliers and suppliers to collect delivery information Data entry, tracking departmental costing and reporting any irregularities Producing & Distributing Despatch paperwork Ensuring all administration procedures are carried out correctly Filing and general admin duties Working with the Despatch & Transport teams to meet customer demands Qualifications Criteria: Good organisational and communication skills Work well to strict deadlines and be able to cope under pressure A good level of English is an advantage but not a necessity Flexible and able to work extra hours when required Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Possess good communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Benefits: Competitive salary Weekly Paid On the Job Training Death in Service Scheme Nest pension Seasonal Meat Gifts Subsidised Canteen Site Engagement Activities 28 days holiday inc 8 days Bank Holidays Excellent opportunities for progression within the business across a variety of departments at our UK sites.
