We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales department as a Customer Loyalty Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing frontline support to our customers (Installers) who are signed up to our Loyalty Scheme VAULT. This includes tasks that will support both the wider department and the sales team to drive business. The role is varied, fast paced and will encompass all aspects of customer query handling, from the general loyalty scheme management, current campaigns and promotions to registrations and the digital tools. Excellent standards of literacy and numeracy, with the ability to proof read accurately. Strong organisational and planning skills, with high attention to detail. Flexible approach to work to meet varying workloads, pressures and deadlines. Focused on the customer and providing best-in-class support services.
