Our Transformation, Change and Delivery (TCD) business unit is looking for experienced Transformation Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing team. Our Transformation, Change and Delivery team supports organisations to navigate and deliver some of their most complex transformations. Our expertise lies in driving measurable business outcomes through pragmatic change delivery, project and programme management, and embedding lasting capability. We work across all industries, partnering with clients to turn strategy into execution, with people, process and technology aligned from day one. This includes helping clients interpret opportunities presented by AI, automation and advanced analytics, test where they can create. Given our growing demand we are now looking for Transformation and Programme Delivery Practitioners to join our expanding team What you will be doing As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful work shaping and delivering transformation programmes, including developing transformation strategy and shaping and mobilising programme/portfolio delivery and optimisation initiatives. You will work across a variety of clients and sectors to: Support or lead workstreams on complex transformation and change programmes, connecting strategic outcomes, delivery priorities and the sustainable delivery of accompanying benefits Translate strategic goals and emerging technology opportunities into executable delivery plans, using structured project and change management approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models, ADKAR) Support alignment of programme and portfolio benefits and business cases to the achievement of strategic goals, putting in place suitable tracking mechanisms Identify and assess opportunities for AI, automation and analytics to create value within transformation programmes, and help translate them into practical, responsible delivery plans Design and implement strategies to support operational or technology-driven change, including the implications of AI and automation for roles, skills, ways of working and decision-making Track, report and manage risks, issues, interdependencies and benefits throughout the transformation lifecycle, considering strategic value, delivery and data readiness, capacity, change impact and adoption Design and establish transformation or change delivery functions, including rule based prioritisation and optimisation of portfolios of change Work closely with client stakeholders, building strong relationships to influence, challenge and co-create solutions Collaborate internally across teams to shape innovative, value-driven client solutions Your skills and experience You have demonstrable consulting experience in transformation and programme delivery, either in a client-facing role or internal transformation environment, including using AI to solve client transformation and/or change delivery problems You can confidently deliver in environments of complexity and ambiguity, challenge assumptions, distinguish evidence from opinion and manage multiple priorities You bring experience in the following areas: End-to-end project or porgramme management (including planning, governance, reporting) Change management and stakeholder engagement Operating model design or implementation Technology-enabled change (ERP, digital, automation and AI), with the ability to interpret the opportunity, ask the right questions and connect technology choices to business outcomes and people impacts Awareness of the practical considerations associated with AI-enabled transformation, such as data readiness, responsible use, explainability, risk, governance, human judgement, capability and adoption You’re familiar with industry frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci, Agile) You take ownership of your work and contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables You collaborate well with colleagues and clients, showing strong communication and relationship-building skills You may have experience supporting business development activities or shaping client proposals You are proactive about your development and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First.
