Production Operative

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Coupar Angus on a permanent basis. 2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities. Shifts Available: Dayshift – Monday to Friday 0600-1500hrs Backshift – Sunday 1200-2100hrs Monday to Thursday 1500-0000hrs Pay Rate – £13 per hour + £50 weekly Backshift allowance Hours - 40 hours per week In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
