Main Responsibilities As a Night Hygiene Operative with 2 Sisters, you be expected to: Follow Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines, looking after yourself and your colleagues. Work in a safe and efficient manner. Follow set standard operating procedures.  Work as part of a team. Operate in accordance with cleaning schedules, ensuring customer specifications are met. Ensure micro swabbing pass rates are above acceptable level for own tasks. Complete daily hygiene control sheets and any relevant corrective action within the agreed timescales. Comply with all company policies and procedures Ensure water usage is kept to a minimum & chemicals are used at the correct concentration. This post is working permanent nights, with a shift pattern of: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday The Ideal Candidate Experience as a Hygiene Operative in a food manufacturing environment would be ideal, but not essential, what are we looking for is: Honesty – Be open with us, we understand that sometimes your personal life takes priority, so speak to us, let us know…we can try our best to work things out together. Reliability – Turn up for your allocated shifts and try your best, we don’t ask much more. Flexibility – Overtime may be available/required on occasion, as will a change of duty to meet production requirements…we will never ask you to do anything you have not been trained to do. Teamwork – Work with your colleagues and management, support one another and make everyone’s job easier. Good Work Ethic – Its fast paced here, don’t let your colleagues down.
