The hours of work and shift patterns are:   4 days working week   Rotational shift. Start time: 04:55 am till 3:10 pm Wk1 Monday-Thursday Wk2 Wednesday - Saturday Wk3 Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday Pay rates: £13.26 raising to £13.94 after successful training Main Responsibilities As a Production Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling, trussing, cutting and packing food products for top tier customers within a busy chilled factory environment.  To correctly and effectively carry out the required functions, once trained to do so, in any area of the factory To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours Produce each product to the required specification following all quality standards Follow all safe-working practices, halting any unsafe working practices. To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the factory and unit.
