Apprentice Administrator

About the role : As an Administration Apprentice at The John Roan School, the postholder will be an integral support to the Administration Team with a specific focus on Safeguarding and Behaviour, reporting directly to the Vice Principal. This role is essential in supporting a first-class day-to-day service and the postholder must be IT literate and possess a confident telephone manner and the ability to multi-task. This role is ideal for school leavers and entry level candidates who are looking to expand their administrative skills within an education setting. About the person : You will be enthusiastic about working with young people within a school environment to help them to fulfil their academic ambitions. You will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, along with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also be able to evaluate your own learning needs and actively seek out opportunities for development.
