Training Contract Our next intake of trainees is September 2028, and we are now accepting applications. Spring Vacation Scheme We are holding a spring vacation scheme from 5th to 9th April 2027. This will be a fantastic opportunity to experience the day-to-day life of a Lawyer at TW and spend time with our Trainees, Associates and Partners, immersing yourself in our culture. Throughout the week you will take part in presentations and mock exercises from each our of practice areas and get the chance to shadow our Lawyers and Trainees. Travel expenses will be covered and lunch will be provided each day - another great opportunity to meet the teams and ask questions. Eligibility We encourage you to apply if you are interested and eligible to start a training contract in September 2028. You must be eligible to work in the UK without requirement of sponsorship, and have completed your LPC or SQE 1 before starting in September 2028. Application and Assessment You only need to submit one application for both the spring vacation scheme and training contract. If you are unable to attend the spring vacation week then we still invite you to apply for our training contract should you be eligible. The deadline is 8th January 2027. We will invite successful candidates to a Teams interview in February. There will be a further assessments following the completion of the vacation week should you be successful to move to the next stage. This will consist of an interview with our training principals and a presentation. We will also hold interviews for those who were unable to attend the vacation week but have applied for the training contract and are successful in moving to the next stage.
