Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Health and Safety Consultant at Ridge, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of construction projects, combining time on site with working alongside project and design teams. You’ll support our teams with construction site visits and design risk management, helping to ensure buildings are designed with safety in mind throughout their lifecycle, from how they are constructed and used to how they are maintained and, eventually, demolished. The role also involves gathering, reviewing and coordinating key project information, working with a variety of people across the project team. This means there are lots of similarities with project management, so it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with different people and making sure important information doesn’t get missed.
