As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play an active role in supporting our Track Design and Civil Engineering teams, working on a diverse range of prestigious UK and international motorsport projects. Guided by experienced engineers and designers, you will contribute to the development of race track layouts from initial concepts through to detailed engineering design, gaining hands-on experience in industry-standard 3D modelling software and civil engineering design practices. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines, including visualisation specialists, designers, contractors and suppliers, helping to bring innovative motorsport venues to life while developing your technical skills and understanding of the design and construction process.
