You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including organising student ingredients, compiling orders, maintaining appropriate records, the setting up of basic equipment and materials for practical lessons and demonstrations along with tidying rooms and checking equipment. You will be a dynamic and highly motivated individual with the ability to work without supervision. All training will be provided. We are happy to discuss some flexibility around start and finish times to suit the successful candidate, while maintaining the agreed weekly hours. A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to undertake) and knowledge of equipment in a catering/kitchen environment are essential.
