What you can expect Following an enriching orientation and training program, Summer Interns will begin working on their day- to-day responsibilities, with support from colleagues serving as both instructors and mentors throughout the 10-week engagement. As a way to help enhance your experience with us, Interns will receive formal performance reviews. Summer Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and contribute to the team from day one. JefAM Summer Interns will gain exposure to private credit through the Private Credit Product Specialist group within the JefAM Business Development team, supporting product, investor engagement and business development initiatives across the platform. What we look for in a candidate Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects simultaneously Adaptability – both as part of a team and independently Teamwork oriented with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and a strong appetite to be part of developing and growing a business Fluency in French, German, Dutch or a Nordic language is an advantage You should have a strong academic background and be in your penultimate year of study, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring/Summer 2028. Although a background in accounting or finance can be helpful, we hire Summer Interns who have studied a variety of degree disciplines.
